Bindaas Backpack Dinosaurs

Meeta Mastani is the social entrepreneur behind Bindaas Unlimited, a social enterprise which has been featured at the International Folk Art Market in Santa Fe for the last 5 years. Meeta has worked at the intersection of craft techniques, art, design and social development for over 25 years in India and throughout Europe and America. She works and innovates directly with local and international artisans, especially in the area of natural dyes and block prints. She has co-founded and set up retail opportunities for craft and design, and consults in the area of retail merchandising and craft marketing.

Inspired by Indian folk tradition and craft, Meeta teaches hands on courses and makes her own art.  We initiated a relationship with this energetic and creative woman in 2022, and are excited about the quality and whimsy of the products that her organization creates.
