Placing A Web Order

We know that you would like more information, occasionally, about the fit of a garment before purchasing, so we have made the decision to have an “order form” rather than a “Shopping Cart”.  This way, you can inquire about more specifics of a prospective purchase, before committing. Your order will be transmitted to us by email, and we will followup with you within 12-24 hours to answer questions, to get your credit card and to obtain your billing and shipping details.


Orders within the U.S. are shipped via UPS or USPS. Please note that UPS does not ship to PO Boxes. Shipping rates are based on our costs of shipping, and do not incur any “markup”.  If you prefer to have us use your UPS or Fed Ex account number, please generate a shipping label and send it to us by email (, and tell us that that is your preference when we finalize the purchase. 

International orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. The customer is responsible for all taxes, customs and import duties for international orders. All International Sales are Final.

Return Policy

Return Guidelines

Returns are only accepted if the merchandise:

  • Has not been worn, washed or used in any way
  • Has all tags attached
  • Remains in the condition in which it was shipped
  • Occurs within 5 days of receipt, according to USPS or UPS online documentation

Store refunds will be processed as follows:

  • If merchandise is returned to TOKo Santa Fe within 5 days of delivery date to customer, the return will be refunded to the customer’s credit card
  • We are unable to offer price adjustments on items originally purchased on sale or on any special promotion items that are temporarily reduced in price.

How to Return Web Store Merchandise

  • Complete the return form provided and place it in the shipping box with the merchandise to be returned.
  • Ship your return is a reliable, well-taped package, as you are responsible for the condition of the purchase, up to return delivery to our shop. You should affix the enclosed label with our address to the outside of your shipping box.
  • If returning in the original shipping box, please be sure to cover any original shipping labels.
  • If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us by email ( or by phone (505-470-4425)When returning a purchase, please insure the return merchandise for its full value and retain a record of the tracking number. TOKo Santa Fe is not responsible for loss/damage on returns.
